By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:

Orders

  • All orders are custom-made
  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled
  • Design approval is required before printing

Payments

  • Payment first policy
  • Accepted payments:
    • GCash
    • Bank transfer
    • QR PH

Refunds & Returns

  • No refund for approved designs
  • Refund only applies if:
    • Wrong print caused by our team
    • Missing or incomplete item supplied from us
    • Damaged items upon arrival due to courier handling

For damaged items caused by courier:

  • Customer must send clear photos & unboxing video within 24 hours upon receiving the parcel
  • Damage must be visible and clearly courier-related (crushed box, wet parcel, torn packaging, etc.)
  • We will coordinate with the courier for investigation
  • Once validated, we will offer:
    • Reprint OR
    • Refund (depending on case approval)

Important:
If damage is proven to be caused by the courier, refund or replacement will depend on the courier’s claim approval.

Courier Disclaimer

We use trusted courier partners, but once the parcel is handed over to them, delivery handling is beyond our control. However, we will assist you in filing a claim to ensure fair resolution.

Design Responsibility

  • Customer is responsible for:
    • Design content
    • Spelling errors
    • Copyright issues

Turnaround Time

  • Production time depends on order volume
  • Delays may happen during peak season

We reserve the right to update these terms anytime.
